Attention Fund Participants:
We are seeking to be even better stewards by consuming less paper and by providing more timely communication to participants. We are requesting permission to deliver all communications and documents concerning the UMF Collective Funds of Michigan LLC by electronic means. We are moving cautiously to assure a smooth transition. At this point, we only anticipate electronic delivery of the Offering Circular during the coming months. The Offering Circular is our largest annual document, consumes volumes of paper, and incurs high postage costs. Monthly statements will continue to be delivered by mail for now; however, we want to be ready for electronic delivery of these statements when possible.
In order to receive electronic communications from UMF Funds, please download, complete and return the Consent to Electronic Communications Form.
We will continue to send you hard copies until we receive the consent form from you. Electronic Communications are not mandatory and you may choose to continue to receive hard copies of communications and documents. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
