Dollars for Scholars Matching Awards

for 2024-25 Academic Year

The United Methodist Foundation of Michigan is delighted to announce its matching UM Dollars for Scholars Awards for the 2024-2025 academic year. This initiative aims to support students pursuing undergraduate and graduate degrees at United Methodist-related colleges and universities through collaborative financial assistance. The following students are this year’s recipients:

Carly Fraser – Albion First United Methodist Church

Katherine Haar – Clarkston United Methodist Church

Chalondra Jewell – Southfield Hope United Methodist Church

Allison Mayo-Moyle – Clarkston United Methodist Church

Zach McNees – Chapel Hill United Methodist Church

Kayla Meredith – Wyoming Park United Methodist Church

The UM Dollars for Scholars program is a joint effort involving generous contributions from participating churches, the United Methodist Higher Education Foundation (UMHEF), United Methodist-related schools, and United Methodist Foundations. This coordinated effort ensures that eligible students receive substantial financial support to further their educational pursuits.
